Meet our wealth expert

Kate Moore is Chief Investment Officer of Citi Wealth, where she oversees investment strategy and portfolio positioning across Citi Wealth’s global platform. She leads the development of thematic market views, strategic and tactical asset allocation, and portfolio guidance for client portfolios. Kate also chairs Citi Wealth’s Global Investment Council, which is responsible for setting asset allocation and investment priorities across the franchise.

Prior to joining Citi, Kate was Head of Thematic Strategy and a Portfolio Manager for the Global Allocation Fund at BlackRock, where she focused on global macro themes, cross-asset opportunities, and multi-asset portfolio construction. Earlier in her career, she held senior investment and strategy roles at J.P. Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Moore Capital, and Morgan Stanley.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political and Social Thought from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in political economy from the University of Chicago. She is also active in nonprofit and educational leadership, serving on the Leadership Council and Investment Committee of the Robin Hood Foundation, the Board of Trustees of the Lawrenceville School, and the Resource Council of the Grand Teton National Park Foundation.
