SUMMARY

Citi Switzerland scooped three major awards at the 9th Annual WealthBriefing Swiss Awards 2022.

Citi Private Bank Switzerland scooped three major awards at the 9th Annual WealthBriefing Swiss Awards 2022. The event was held on the 3rd of February in Geneva. Showcasing ‘best of breed’ providers in the global private banking, wealth management and trusted adviser communities, the awards were designed to recognise companies, teams and individuals which the prestigious panel of judges deemed to have ‘demonstrated innovation and excellence’.

Citi Private Bank in Switzerland was recognised in three categories:

  • UHNW Team - International Clients,
  • Customer Facing Digital Capabilities
  • Equity-Based Investment Strategy

Laurence Mandrile-Aguirre, Citi Private Bank Region Head, Switzerland said: We are honoured to receive these prestigious awards from WealthBriefing Swiss Awards. This recognition is a testament to the trust our clients have in our ability to effectively deliver a unique offering that combines our global capabilities with the strength of our business strategy and the portfolio solutions from our Citi Investment Management team. It reflects our unwavering commitment to provide highly bespoke financial solutions that meet the most complex needs of our Family Offices and Ultra-High Net Worth clients.

ClearView Financial Media’s CEO, and Publisher of WealthBriefing, Stephen Harris, commented The judges awarded Citi for an extremely impressive and comprehensive submission and the largest offering scope for such clients. Citi Switzerland recognises the needs of their increasingly international clientele and provide them with a comprehensive range of services that they’re able to offer globally and seamlessly out of one hand and further provide the clients with valuable information through various media outlets said the judges for this very worthy winner.

These awards were independently and expertly judged solely on the basis of entrants’ submissions and their response to a number of specific questions, which were answered by focusing on the client experience rather than purely quantitative performance metrics.  That is a unique, and I believe, compelling feature.  These awards recognise the very best operators in Swiss wealth management, with ‘independence’, ‘integrity’ and ‘genuine insight’ the watchwords of the judging process - such that the awards truly reflect excellence in Swiss wealth management. Added Stephan Harris.

WealthBriefing, the leading subscription-based business intelligence service for the wealth management community, is the supporting publication for the Awards. Independence, integrity and genuine insight formed a major part of the judging process. The judges were both private banks and trusted advisors/consultants in the Wealth Management sector who made the final decision based on feedback and their extensive knowledge of the Swiss private banking landscape.
