How do I open a Citi Investments account to manage my stocks, mutual funds and options?

In order to open a Citi Investments account you simply need to call your Private Banker. Once opened, you will automatically have access to all your accounts via citiprivatebank.com.

If you wish to view accounts for which you are not the primary account holder, you must register online at https://investments.citi.com/cgi/inet/new_user_registration.trn.

How do I become enabled for online trading?

Once you have an account you will automatically be able to view your accounts online. In order to enable trading you must contact your Service Officer directly.

How do I trade my stocks, mutual funds and options once I have enabled trading?

Once you've enabled your account for trading, simply click on "Investments" and then "Sign-in to your investment accounts." A new page will open where you can select "Trade."
