Gretta leads the day-to-day management of the Law Firm Group’s Advisory Services. She also advises law firm leaders on legal industry trends, firm performance and their financial strategy, and oversees all legal industry content developed for law firm leaders.
Prior to joining Citi in 2010, Gretta was CEO of Curve Consulting, which she founded and ran. She was also a manager in the Law Firm & Law Department Consulting Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Gretta has been a senior fellow at the University of New South Wales and the University of Melbourne. She began her career as a lawyer and project manager with Mallesons Stephen Jaques.
Gretta holds a BA and LLB from The University of New South Wales, and a Graduate Certificate in Design from College of Fine Arts at The University at New South Wales and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
