Gretta Rusanow

Gretta is responsible for the Law Firm Group Advisory team, advising our law firm leadership clients and also overseeing all legal content delivered through roundtable events and programs. She also oversees the team’s regular reports, including the Annual Survey, Quarterly Flash, Managing Partner Confidence Index, Law Firm Leaders Survey and the annual Citi Hildebrandt Client Advisory.

 

Before joining Citi in 2010, Gretta was the CEO of Curve Consulting, a company which she founded and ran for 10 years. Prior to that, she was a manager in the Law Firm & Law Department Consulting Group with PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York. She began her career as a lawyer and project manager with Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Sydney, Australia. In total, she has worked and consulted for law firms, corporate law departments and financial institutions for over 27 years.

 

Gretta is the author of the 2003 book, Knowledge Management and the Smarter Lawyer and has spoken and written extensively on management and technology in the legal services industry. Previously, she was a Senior Fellow at the University of New South Wales and the University of Melbourne, where she designed and taught Managing Knowledge in Legal Services as part of its post-graduate law program.

 

Gretta holds a BA and LLB from The University of New South Wales, and a Graduate Certificate in Design from College of Fine Arts at The University at New South Wales, and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
