Citi Private Bank scoops award at 2019 Private Asset Manager Awards
Citi Private Bank has been named the Best Total Wealth Solutions Provider at the 2019 PAM Awards UK, an accolade that celebrates strong client relationships as well as excellent service.
The prestigious PAM Total Wealth Solution Provider Ultra-High Net Worth award is given to organization that is deemed to provide the best advice and solutions to clients with £50 million and above in assets.
The judging panel was made up of 21 leading independent experts within the private client sector. It looked beyond investment management in its assessment, and also took into consideration services for banking and lending, family offices, residential real estate, next generation planning, and philanthropy.
Equally important to the judges was how closely organizations worked with their clients. They paid particular attention to whether clients could deal directly with a ‘lead adviser’ who had the expertise and experience necessary to present advice in an easily understandable way.
Jeremy Knowland, Market Manager – UK, Citi Private Bank commented: ‘We are delighted to receive this prestigious award which is a true testament to the hard work and dedication shown by our entire team in the UK.
‘We are proud to serve the world’s wealthiest individuals and families and establish long-term relationships with them built on confidence and trust. In 2018 we launched our new annual publication called Beyond Borders written wholly for and about our clients. It was inspired by our many conversations with them over the years and our access and insights into their fascinating lives.
‘We are committed to delivering private banking services for our clients and putting them first in everything we do.’
This is the 26th award the Private Bank has won over the past 12 months. Most recently it was named the Best Global Private Bank at the 2019 PWM/The Banker Global Private Banking Awards, and upheld the Best Private Bank for Customer Service title for the second year running.
