Our Head of North America explains how the bank is meeting its clients’ changing needs
Tracey Brophy Warson, Citi Private Bank’s Head of North America, has revealed how the business has progressed to an innovative service model to meet the changing needs of its clients, in an interview with Global Finance magazine.
In this article, she encourages clients to go global, as wealth and investment opportunities are being created in other regions. Additionally, Tracey mentions that the Private Bank is focused on delivering a word class client experience – including hiring bankers with a strong knowledge of the technology industry, who can crack the code with potential Silicon Valley clients to uncover their particular wants and needs.
Tracey also shares how the Private Bank is creating strategic partnerships for our clients by offering networking and educational opportunities through thematic events, including a three-day seminar with think-tank Singularity University.
