New York—Citi Private Bank announced today that Daniel J. Williams has joined as Managing Director and Ultra High Net-Worth Private Banker, based in the Manhattan office. He reports to Leslie Bains, interim Regional Executive for the Metro New York area.

He is an extraordinary talent and has cultivated very strong relationships in this market."

Mr. Williams joins from U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management where he was Managing Director and private client advisor in New York. Prior to joining U.S. Trust, Mr. Williams was a fixed income client portfolio manager with JPMorgan Fleming Asset Management, focused on institutional clients, including pension funds and endowments. He also spent several years as an investment banker focused on the luxury, retail and apparel sectors at both UBS Warburg and PaineWebber Incorporated.

Mr. Williams is a former president of the Kellogg School of Management Alumni Club of New York and currently serves as an advisor to Marquette University and Loyola Academy Jesuit College Preparatory on alumni and development issues. He is also a member of the finance committee of Alpha Sigma Nu, the national Jesuit honor society, and is involved with the American Ireland Fund in New York.

He received an M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and received a B.A., cum laude, from Marquette University.
